A fun filled week playing with the grandparents visiting from TX
Cato is working on moving up from eating with just his hands to learning how forks work…
To celebrate, we enjoyed a lovely family overnight camp out to Lost Lakes in the Red Feather Lakes area. It felt like Cato’s first “real” camping trip since he’s finally old enough to really explore. Per usual, Jasper had a blast running his heart out, chasing everything that moved.

The first Saturday in May is Big Brew Day to celebrate National Homebrewers Day. We stared with a chilly morning, but then the day warmed up nicely. The smoked ribs were a hit for lunch and after brewing, we migrated to Zwei Brewery (Cato had fun learning about chalk and dancing to the band).

Continuing the trend of taking advantage of the nice, warm Spring weather, there have been more fun trips to the park. The local HOA park has a great slide just the right size for Cato. Click on the second image to see a video of him in action!
