First brew day while the baby sleeps. “Sleepyhead Baby Schwarzbier” recipe list below. Original Gravity turned out to be 1.058 at 50 degrees. Fermentation will be 50 degrees for about 4 weeks.

This sums up how we feel after a few sleepless nights…
Cato Emery Tran born 12/27/2022 at 8:30pm at Banner Medical Center Fort Collins. Baby weight 6lbs 13oz. Height 19.5 inches. Labor was pretty easy as he was delivered about 3 hours after check-in at the hospital. Mom and baby are doing well. Missed his due date (Christmas) by two days.
